If you think that I have finally visited Tofino, fallen in love with the place and encourage you to visit it too - no, the story of the title of this painting is a little different. I was repeatedly told that as an artist I should definitely visit this place, because the incredible beauty of the ocean and the misty atmosphere of the beaches are combined here - everything that is needed for the inspiration of an artist.
When I showed this painting to one lovely lady, she said it reminded her of Tofino. And when she uttered the phrase that was already familiar for me “You have to visit Tofino!” I understood - this will be its name!
